Postpaid *121 is a postpaid voice-service that offers big savings for calls going to the Philippines while roaming abroad. Although this service promises affordable rates vs. direct dial postpaid roaming, note that discounts will vary per country. We only recommend this service to select countries & operators.

How to Use Postpaid *121
- (*121*) + (country code) + (area code)+ (phone number)+ (#) and press SEND.
Example, should you wish to call the number 0917-5123456 in the Philippines, just dial the following sequence (do not put spaces in between this number sequence):
*121*639175123456#
and then press SEND.
Example to call the number 1234567 in Italy (country code 39), just dial the following sequence (do not put spaces in between this number sequence):
*121*391234567#
and then press SEND.
Subscriber Experience:
– This number string will be routed to Globe, and the system will call you back within a few seconds. Once you answer the call, you will be connected to the party you wish to talk to, and you will be able to hear the progress of the call (ringing tone). If the party is unavailable, your call will be disconnected after 5 rings.
– If your phone is busy or out of coverage when the system calls you back, your call will be unsuccessful. In this case, the system will send you an SMS notifying you that your call was unsuccessful: Error message will read “Sorry, we are unable to connect to the party that you are calling.”
– If the called party is engaged in another call, subscriber will hear an engaged tone, and then the call will be dropped. You will have to dial the number again.
- Subscribers can also use Postpaid *121 in calling any telephone number in the Philippines, including landlines, Globe mobile numbers, or mobile numbers from other network operators
Dial (*121*) (63) (2) (called party’s number) (#) and press SEND.
Do not put spaces in between this number sequence.
For landlines, please remember to insert “63” before the number. For example, should subscriber wish to call the number 7301000 in the Philippines, just dial the ff:
*121*6327301000#
and then press SEND.
Note: Call charging starts as soon as subscriber answer the call-back.
REMINDERS:
- Postpaid roaming *121 is available only to postpaid subscribers. (Prepaid subscribers can enjoy the same service with Prepaid Roaming, but using access code *131* instead of *121*.)
- The call will be terminated if the person you are calling does not pick up after 5 rings. Call will not be charged.
- Postpaid roaming *121 is only recommended to select countries as indicated above.
- Discount will vary per country. Not all countries will have an applicable 60% discount.
- Postpaid roaming *121 charges include two components:
- Zone Rates: (Zone 1-P60/minute, Zone 2- P80/minute)
- Roaming partner’s incoming call charges, if applicable. (Please check the incoming call charges of Roaming Parters (RPs)
- Additional Tips:
- Do not recommend using to countries not indicated, otherwise subs will be charged higher if they use postpaid roaming *121 vs. using direct dial.
- Choose roaming operators with the lowest or no incoming call charges.
- Check if the operator supports USSD or call back service.
